ORDERS COLLECTION
If you wish, you can send the courier company with which you work to pick up your order. You must notify us the name of the company that will pick up your order to be informed.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return your product within 30 days after receipt of your order and receive a full refund, minus the shipping costs. If you would like to return your product, email us to info@kapilab.com within 30 days after receiving your shipment.
Once you have received your merchandise return authorization number, you write it on your return label. Shipments without an ID will not be accepted for returns.
